This is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record.
Official Latimer County Record Contacts
The correct contact depends on who created the record and which custody system handled the person. Call the jail for a current release-versus-transfer check. Use the sheriff's records contact for the existing jail-register entry or booking and discharge material. Administrative visiting hours do not establish when releases occur.

The Latimer County Court Clerk can provide filed orders and judgments that explain the legal basis for a release. The clerk is at 109 N. Central, Room 200, Wilburton, OK, and can be reached at 918-465-2011 or melinda.brinlee@oscn.net. Posted hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., open through noon. A court order does not establish the exact time jail staff completed an exit.
For an Oklahoma state custody or discharge record, start with the ODOC Offender Lookup. ODOC Closed Records handles inactive files through its online Closed Records form and at 405-425-2691. The research did not identify separate public office hours for that unit. Victim Services is available at 405-425-2607 and victim.services@doc.ok.gov. The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board can be reached at 405-521-6600, but a Board action is not proof of physical release.
Use these routes according to the question you need answered:
- For a named release search and county records-request steps, use the Latimer County released-inmates guide.
- For post-release supervision, use Probation & Parole and confirm the assigned office with the current ODOC directory.
- For a recent-release window, use Jail Releases: 24 Hours; no official county feed was located, so the page leads to jail and records fallbacks.
- For a state release estimate or alert, use Projected Release or the VINELink Inmate Search. OK VINE also operates at 1-877-654-8463.
- For federal prison custody use the BOP locator, and for an immigration pickup use the ICE detainee locator. Neither system is a Latimer County jail record.
This site cannot accept a public-records request, correct an agency file, or disclose a person's status. Send the request to the sheriff, court, ODOC, or other office that owns the original record.
